8 Reasons why the right time to have a family photography experience is NOW!
So often we hear from people that they’d love to have a family photography experience but for one reason or another the time just isn’t right.
Below are 8 reasons we believe that NOW is exactly the right time to have a family photography experience!
1. Life is so busy and things change quickly!
Ever feel like you’re sleep walking through life ‘too busy’ to focus on what’s really important?
Can you remember a special ‘look’ your child had a year, or even just six months ago? Do they still have it, or is it just etched in your memory?
What's the one thing your child is doing today that you wish you could hang on to forever? A Family Photography Experience can help you with that!

2. Sometimes the unthinkable happens
Of course no-one plans to become ill, or to be in an accident. We think it will never happen to us. However, the sad reality is, is that sometimes it does. Children can be left without one of their parents, a wife without a husband or a husband without a wife.
When this happens photographs of your family suddenly become even more priceless, when all you have are memories, photographs become your most treasured possession.
Having photographs to display your love and gratitude for each other, a piece of art that you can look at everyday and be reminded of what you have, and if the worst was to ever happen in your family, a priceless piece of your family home.
3. They will ‘eventually’ leave home!
Although it may seem a lifetime away, at some point your fledgelings will fly the nest. What will you miss most about them?
What are those moments from their childhood that will forever be in your memory.
If you could go back to a particular age of your children, what would it be?
4. In the future when you look back what will be the aspects of your loved ones that you most want to remember?
What would having these memories of your children documented in photographs as they turn into adults mean to you in the future? Photographic wall art gives you the means of ‘pausing time’ and focusing on something about someone you love that really makes your heart sing.
5. Photographic artwork can help you relive emotions that are important to you everyday
The feeling of unconditional love you share with your family, or a pet, is something quite incredible that should be cherished. How amazing would it be to have that feeling every time you look up at your artwork?
Seeing themselves displayed proudly on the wall can also help raise your child’s self esteem and genuinely benefit their mental health as they grow up. Read more about this here
Family Photography Wall Art will be the most valuable piece of furniture you ever buy for your home! While sofas, beds tables etc may serve a functional, and aesthetic purpose, an artwork of the most important people, relationships or moments in your life has the power to fill you full of joy, happiness and emotion every time you enter a room - who wouldn’t want that!
6. We will print them one day!
Have you ever taken photos that you have not even looked at since because they are on your phone, or because you have lost or broken your phone?
How many people do you know that have photos on their phone they’ve never printed or wedding photos never made into an album?
Phones can corrupt, get lost broken. File formats go out of date quickly like VHS, Mini Disc, Cassette Tape, CD etc. But still there are paintings and photographs hanging on walls that have been there for hundred of years. They’ve also been enjoyed everyday!
7. As your kids get older they will be less willing!
As your children become older, they may enter the world of social media, they become more self aware, self conscious, less likely to want their photos taken, (unless its a selfie with a rabbit nose, whiskers and ears filtered on) having a photograph showing the simplicity and importance of family and love as a focal point in your home would be an everyday reminder of how lucky you all are.
8. Those tender moments become fewer and fewer
Can you recall the tenderness of tiny fingers clasping at your hands, are those hands growing too quickly? Does your child still have that look of adoration and total love for you in their eyes?
As your children grow more independent those tender moments will fade and become fewer and further between, capturing them now will make sure those feelings last forever.
Some of the saddest conversations we had have been with families who’ve left it too late to celebrate what they have today.
Please don’t be one of them!
