Discovery

  •  Send us a message, call us.

  • Shortly after we receive your enquiry we will call you (or schedule a convenient time to call you during the day).

  • During the call we discover what you love the most about your family and/or pets and who you’d love to share your experience with. We will also discuss where you would most love to display your artwork and what you might like to spend at your Design/Ordering Appointment.

  • This is also when we book a time for your photographic experience and whenever possible schedule your Design Consultation for the same day.

  • Then to hold your date in calendar we take a £50 booking fee*

  • To ensure you have the best possible experience we generally make several of these short calls before we take any photographs to allow you time to focus on different aspects of your people, pets and relationships that are important to you.

  • So that we can further see your loved ones ‘through your eyes’ we also always make sure we speak to your partner, and/or any other adults involved, before the shoot too. This is a ‘Family’ photography experience after all!


    *The booking fee counts towards your artwork and experience and is non refundable before the photographic session. We are confident you will absolutely love your experience with us but if for any reason you’re not delighted with your photographs and decide not to purchase your artwork at the Design/Ordering Appointment we will refund this for you in full.

Photographic Experience

Photographic Experience

  • Your personal Photographic Experience is where we take what we’ve learnt about what’s most important to you to capture the essence of you, the people or the pets that you love the most.

  • We allow 1-2 hours for these sessions which will take place in our North Devon based studio.

  • For us to photograph what truly matters to you we work in a very natural way that allows you to really be yourselves during your photographic experience. Our focus is for you to have lots of fun so that we can photograph the best version of you and your loved ones and show you as you want to be seen.

  • By the time your session ends you’ll be super excited to see the results!

CINEMATIC PREMIERE & ARTWORK Design/Ordering Appointment

  • The most exciting part of your experience is seeing all of your amazing portraits for the very first time in a cinematic presentation!

  • Your Cinematic Presentation and Artwork Design/Ordering Appointment usually happen just a short time after your Photographic Experience in the comfort of our custom built Design room. Design/Ordering Appointments usually last around an hour.

  • Once you’re sitting comfortably, your personal Design Consultant will assist you in the selection, customisation and perfection of your bespoke artwork. They will also finalise and take payment for your order.

  • We understand everyone has different needs, so we offer a wide range of Artwork solutions to suit different styles and budgets. For more details of what we can offer you please visit our Artwork page.

  • Please note that it is essential that all ‘Decision Makers’ are present for the Artwork Design/Ordering Appointment otherwise we will need to reschedule.

Display your artwork
 

DISPLAY YOUR ARTWORK

  • Immediately your Design/Ordering Appointment concludes your Artwork will go into production and will be ready for collection from the studio 3-4 weeks later. We can also arrange shipping to anywhere in the UK and Internationally.

  • All of your Artwork comes finished and ready to display. For UK based clients, who need help displaying their artwork we can also arrange a for a professional tradesperson to hang your artworks for you.

  • Once your Artwork is proudly displayed in your home you will have a lifelong reminder of what’s truly important to you so that you can see, feel and celebrate it every day!
